David worked with Dalgety & Co for 13 years and gained a wealth of experience in buying and selling sheep and cattle and conducting many auctions.

In 1975 David relocated his family to Rosebud and began working with his Father in the local Real Estate business known as J.G. Short & Co, which was founded in 1967.

David has worked on the Peninsula selling Real Estate for a period of 35 years and has a wealth of experience to share with all buyers and sellers alike.

Jon - Sales Manager - attended the local Rosebud State School and then Rosebud High School, now Secondary College.

He joined the family business at age 18 and but for a few years when he gained some "colonial experience" in Darwin and then in Tatura, has worked in the business for 22 years.

Wendy has lived on the Peninsula for the past 20 years and has always had a passion for real estate.

Having worked in a legal background in the city, Wendy joined our team in 2007 and late in 2009 moved into the position of full time Property Manager.

Applying all her customer service experience and attention to detail (and cleanliness), Wendy strives to make owning an investment property hassle free for her Landlords.
